Hi, I'm Tracey.
I didn't set out to build a career with horses. I had to figure out how the two very different parts of my life could fit together, too.
I took my first riding lesson at 32! I was busy building the corporate career I thought I wanted, eventually becoming a VP with American Express. Somewhere along the way, horses changed the direction of my life.
In 2012, I left corporate life and built Dreamwinds around the work I actually wanted to be doing: helping people connect, learn and grow through horses.
Today I train EAL facilitators and work with corporate teams, leaders and private groups through Equine Assisted Learning.
I've built this workshop to share what I've learned and help you figure out whether there might be a place for you in this work too.
